Design Notes
The his6 tag serves as an epitope tag. The GS spacers were added just for fun.
Source
Short GS linker sequences were added to the amino acid sequence HHHHHH [1]. GSHHHHHHSG was backtranslated and obtained via DNA oligo synthesis.
